Dog Camp Boarding Kennel

Dogs Wanna Camp Boarding Kennel (herein after called Kennel) agrees to take due care and diligence with respect to boarded animals. The kennel while taking all reasonable care, will not take liability for any loss or damage including but not limited to fire , theft, disease, death or escape and injury for dogs in their care. The kennel accepts no liability for injury, or harm to persons whilst on our premises.

All persons entering the property do so at there own risk.

Please state if the dog has social problems. Dogs that exhibit aggressive behaviour while boarding will not have the privileges of the camps freedom. Dogs that cause damage or injury to other dogs or persons are the financial liability of the owner.

Owners will be held liable for any damage to the property that their dog causes.

Should the dog require medical attention the kennel personnel has the right to seek medical advice and treatment. All efforts will be made to contact you should this need arise but if in the event of no contact we reserve the right to make decisions on your pets behalf. This will be at the owners expense including travel to and from the veterinary practice. You agree to release the kennel from any and all responsibility or liability for any claims, debts or expenses incurred for medical care. A copy of the dogs vaccinations are required including Bordatella (kennel cough). It is advised the dog be on a flea and tick program.

Should you be delayed for pick up of your dog please contact us.If we do not hear from you we will contact your alternative contact and if we receive no confirmation of your whereabouts within 10 days we reserve the right to rehome your dog.

I consent to my dog being loose with other dogs and understand and accept the consequences of this action.
I do not want my dog loose with other dogs.

• $25 per day per dog
• $25 per day for two dogs
• $25 per day with basic obedience training
• $15 per day per dog if booking is for whole week
